Meet Yalda Hajavi
Ms. Yalda Hajavi is a dedicated attorney specializing in the intricacies of employment-based immigration law. With a focus on obtaining visas for highly skilled individuals, she adeptly navigates the complexities of extraordinary ability visas (EB-1A), National Interest Waivers (NIW), and O-1 visas for individuals of remarkable achievement. Ms. Hajavi also provides invaluable support to J visa holders seeking waivers of the two-year home residency requirement, assists with H-1B petitions, and guides both individuals and employers through the Permanent Labor Certification Process (PERM). She also has a strong track record in facilitating family and marriage-based green card applications and handling affirmative asylum claims.

Ms. Hajavi began her legal career at Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia, where she served as an Associate Attorney in the trial department. During her tenure, she was not only involved in litigation but also committed to significant pro bono work in asylum cases, reflecting her dedication to social justice and the immigrant community. Following her time at Duane Morris, she joined Haynes Novick Kohn Immigration, where she honed her expertise in employment-based immigration matters.

Having immigrated to the United States from Iran at the age of eight, Ms. Hajavi possesses a profound understanding of the immigrant experience.
